Our Local Realtors have the same reach as the "Charleston Realtors" since the internet bridged the gap in 2007. 90% of Buyers start their search using Google, Zillow, Realtor and Truilla. Those agents don't want to drive here to show a property that they don't anything about. Why would anyone Trust a complete stranger with their largest asset?
