This is What We Do!

Madison and Austin's story began about a year ago. We first talked about buying a home. I advised them to get pre-approved so that when we put in an offer-we would have a better chance.  Then Covid Hit and everything went upside down.  The market stopped for a couple of weeks and then went bonkers. There were more Buyers than houses to see and sell.  Homes stayed on the market only a couple of hours. We toured dozens of homes and made a couple of offers.  Finally after about 11 months we found them a home in Walterboro, SC.

In between all of this, Madison started a new job with the City and the couple is to be married in May!  We love being apart of their life's story.
