"Where's the Walterboro market Headed?" I hear this question almost everyday. Most times I tell them that I don't have a crystal ball but I know that we are getting ready to slow down a bit. With the Feds raising the rates, it will keep a lot of the first time home buyers from entering into the market. However, demand for homes are still very strong.
